On the one hand, these peaks are related to new functionalities on the website such as consulting test results, requesting a PCR test, requesting the EU digital COVID certificate, and others. On the other hand, these peaks relate to the COVID-19 waves.

In January 2022, the average number of daily visitors increased to ± 58,000 compared with ± 7,000 daily visits in January 2021.
Some improvements have already been integrated into the website:
